URC1635: Is it possible to operate only my TV with the SKY Q Replacement Remote?

No. This remote needs to be programmed with both devices TV and Satellite/Freeview box. Due to its specific keys assignment, if you program only your TV (even if it is a TV - Satellite/Freeview box combination) the remote will operate only some few keys of your TV.
