URC7125, URC7145: How do I reset a device on my Evolve remote?

If you would like to reset a device mode, please use the following procedure:

1. Hold down the MAGIC key, the light will blink twice and stays on.
2. Enter the code 992.
3. Select the device you wish to reset using the MODE key.
4. Press MAGIC key twice, the light will blink twice to confirm.
5. The device key has now been deactivated.
   
   

Additional Information:
Mode reassignment erases all Key Moved and learned keys for that mode.
