For ease of use, we recommend the standard testing procedure for setting up devices, but if you prefer to search for your device’s model number, that is also possible. When setting up an Activity, you will be asked to set up devices. Select your device type, followed by the brand, and when you reach the Test Device screen, select “Additional Setup Options”. From here select Enter Model. When searching we recommend removing all special characters such as “-“, “/” and space.
